J. Cecil Wolfe was born and raised in Grand Valley Ontario. He attended Waterloo Lutheran College where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario. Cecil also holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall law school.

Cecil moved to Fergus in 1960 when he came to article with W.A. Maedel. Cecil took over Mr. Maedel’s practice in 1962 when Mr. Maedel was appointed a County Court Judge. Cecil has been serving the residents of Wellington County and its surrounding area for over 50 years.

Cecil has extensive experience in the areas of real estate conveyancing, estate planning and administration and corporate commercial law.
